Contact Us

The most useful message is specific. Include the article title or URL, the exact section you are contacting us about, and the outcome you are requesting. For a correction, provide a public source that readers can check. Do not send passwords, account recovery codes, medical records, government identification, or other sensitive personal information.

Editorial questions and corrections

Explain what appears incorrect or incomplete, quote the relevant sentence, and include the date you accessed the supporting source. A difference of opinion is not automatically an error, but clearly documented factual corrections should be easy to review.

Advertising inquiries

Advertising inquiries may be sent to ads@thecobox.org. State the organization, campaign category, intended landing page, dates, and target region. The co Box does not accept misleading claims, hidden redirects, forced downloads, fake reviews, or promotions that conceal material fees or risks.

Content and privacy concerns

If a page contains private data, impersonation, copied material, or a safety concern, identify the precise URL and explain your relationship to the material. Avoid sending more personal information than is necessary to explain the request.

What to include

  • Your name and a reply address.
  • The article title and exact URL.
  • A concise description of the issue.
  • Public supporting sources, when relevant.
  • The correction, clarification, or action requested.

Before sending

Check whether the article already includes a date, disclaimer, or link to an official source. Product features, promotions, phone assignments, laws, and organizational roles can change after publication, so current evidence is especially helpful.
